Welcome!

Here you will find my collected fanfiction as well as a few meta-posts or other fandom-related content. The bulk of said fandom content pertains to One Piece and Metalocalypse, with a few forays into other spaces. If you read something and you enjoy it, a comment would be appreciated but is not necessary.

The vast majority of this work was posted on my LiveJournal of the same name and moved in 2017 once the climate on LJ no longer became tenable. My LJ had also contained various personal ramblings and such so some of the remaining comments on fics do refer to posts or parts of posts that I have eliminated as they referred to personal rather than fannish topics. My apologies for any confusion this may cause.

I also moved over the posts that I could remember and find on various LJ communities such as zosopp and onepieceyaoi100 among others. A few of these works have also been previously cross-posted to Fanfiction.net, AO3, and Adult Fanfiction.net. So you may have seen a few of these posted elsewhere or under different usernames.

A few notes and personal recs below:


I started writing fanfiction for One Piece back in 2001-2002. At that time, the English-speaking fandom was tiny and there wasn't a ton of information regarding specific spellings for character and place names. Often the fandom was just going off of the usage of whatever scanlation group they happened to be reading felt was best. XD I still own copies of the original 5 Viz volumes BEFORE they changed Zoro to Zolo (although that change never stuck for fandom). And my original anime bootlegs came from Hong Kong and those names were the best in that they were ridiculous (Usoppp as Liar Boo forever!). Everyone was muddling along as best they could in those very early days.

As a result, a lot of place and character names were changed over time as official interpretations came out of Japan or were declared by the various license holders in the United States. I do not have the time or the patience to go through my collected output and correct places where I used what was fandom-correct at the time but has since been changed to official spelling. I apologize for any confusion but that's just how it is. I have a separate post on the specific topic of Ben(n) Beckman and other names near the top of this journal if you need more information about that case.

Similarly, there weren't specific dates in One Piece until well into the Grand Line era. We had time distances, such as the 10 years between Luffy eating his devil fruit and setting out as a pirate, but no dates on a timeline. In certain instances I chose to make up dates for fics. Again, these will not be fixed because I don't have the time to hunt them down nor do I care that much. Fics written AFTER the timeline was established do adhere to those dates or have specific statements explaining how they diverge from canon.

Finally, I don't have or use beta readers. Also, the vast majority of my output (mid '00s) occurred while I worked as a night auditor for a hotel, meaning I was writing in the middle of the night while on the job. i tended to throw whatever I had up in the morning before guest checkout started. I was also in graduate school for a portion of that time and got very little sleep. I did my best to spot check for spelling and grammar errors but I know a ton have slipped through. Sometimes, I re-read my own work and fix mistakes but often they just are there. Again, I apologize for any confusion this may cause but there is no need to point them out to me as I probably won't get around to fixing them.

Every piece of fanfiction SHOULD have a rating based on the MPAA film ratings of G, PG, PG-13, R, NC-17.
If you find a piece without a rating please let me know after you check the exceptions below!

There are a few exceptions, however. Firstly, the Metalocalypse 50 Smuts series is all rated at R or NC-17 as it is all porn. I have tagged that but it does not have ratings or word counts because each is Adult and 500 words.

Secondly, some posts are carry-overs/continuations of earlier posts, like the songtitle100 projects. These should have a rating provided for the first post of the series but usually not for subsequent ones.

Finally, I occasionally make use of a rating I call PG-15. This rating is for heavily implied but non-explicit smut or smut that is not meant to be titillating in a few cases. I ended up using this rating because I felt the work was stronger than PG-13 personally but not strong enough to warrant an R.

Regarding Warnings, I have tried to indicate things such as rape, non- or dub-con, furry, BDSM, blood-play, and strong violence. Metalocalypse does not get language/violence warnings as that is an inherent element of the show. Much of what I wrote came at a time before more specific types of kinks/warnings were used and I do not have the time to go back and incorporate more now. Sorry if that offends you but please don't read my work in that case.

Lastly, I WILL warn for major character death outside of canon if I ever do write a fic like that but I don't write death-fic so I doubt it will ever happen.


Every entry should have a fandom-specific tag or tags.

Works shorter than 1000 words are tagged as 'drabble' while works 1000 words or longer are tagged as 'fanfiction.' This is just an arbitrary decision on my point and does not have a specific meaning behind it. The tag 'fragment' is used for works that are abandoned and unfinished.

I have stuck to a single pairing order, ie 'shanksnben,' regardless of who is "dominant" in the story. This is both to streamline the tags and because for the most part I do not use seme/uke dynamics in my writing and characters switch sexual roles often. Often I do indicate who is on "top" if that is an element of the story in the Pairing portion of the story description.

I do not have individual character tags at this point due to time constraints. Gen stories are just tagged as GEN. Think of it as an adventure?! At some point I would like to change this but have no timeline for making it happen.

A few tags are part of specific TYPES of work, such as songtitle100 or 30Kisses. This is just for me to collect work by type.

A few others are part of a specific SERIES of work, such as 50smut and come together, for Metalocalypse.

Lastly, I use the tag 'chapter talk' to refer to instances when I discuss plot points in various manga chapters or anime/tv episodes. Consider it a SPOILER WARNING for new stuff if you will.

Showdown at High Noon: Twelve Shots to the Sniper King - Set between Thriller Bark and Shabaody, the crew arrives at Pemmica Island. While there, Usopp has to save himself and his nakama, and faces a difficult choice as a marksman.

Overlooked - A look into why Usopp is a storyteller. ZoSopp so faint as to be basically gen.

Kiss - Zoro and Usopp's relationship as seen by the Straw Hat crew (goes canon-divergent after Merry's funeral)

Coming to Terms - Gen what-if fic in which Zoro and Usopp talk about what fighting with Luffy really means. Set at the end of Water 7/Enies Lobby.

Black Tea, Cosplay, Oversized T-shirt - 3 ZoSopp stories that are rather goofy and somewhat naughty. Fluff basically
