Day 16

So, let's talk about Oda's animals. I think that's one of the most fun things about the One Piece world, along with his pseudo-science. He has a really creative sense of design and I like how the animals in One Piece all seem to have their own sense of personality and character, even the fish. Now that I've finally watched Movie 10, I can see where Oda was having all his fun. The fighting monsters are crazy! I personally like the sloth bear and the giant octopus. But my all-time favorite animals in the OP world are the lapans from Drum Island. I LOVE those things. If I could have a plushy lapan, I would cuddle it all the time. I've considered making one but so far haven't quite been able to figure out the logistics of how to do it. The scarred daddy and the adorable baby are some of my favorite Drum moments. I think the kung-fu dugong (or Judon a la the crazy HK subs) are my second favorites. And Zoro's octopus pals that he seems to attract all the time would be third. How about you all?
